RATES PER NIGHT:

  * 5-night minimum during 4th of July week, $3000 nightly rate

** 5-night minimum during Christmas week, $1500 nightly rate

Cleaning fee of $200 for every booking under 1 week, and a weekly cleaning fee of $200 if the stay is over 7 days.  3-night minimum booking required.  MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 6.  The City of Malibu requires us to collect a 15% occupancy fee in addition to the rental fee.  Short-term rental license: STR22-0092.

PETS: Prior approval by management required plus a one-time $500 pet cleaning fee + $1,000 security deposit.
